The Chesapeake Boys Cross Country team finished 4th in the State meet on Saturday – their highest finish in at least 15 years. Alex Love led the boys with a 15th place finish in a time of 17 minutes, 10 seconds. (There were only 2 Anne Arundel County runners ahead of Alex.) Also running great races for the guys were Ripken LaMarsh, Ted Tibert, Matt Fontaine and Michael Ferguson. All five of the scorers ran their personal best time on the Hereford course. Also running for the team were Sam Phipps and Ryan Davenport.
