Relying on teamwork, the boys cross country team defeated 19 other teams to win the Knight's Invite held at Baybrook Park on Friday the 17th.

Alex Love, Sam Phipps, Ripken LaMarsh, Ted Tibert, DJ Drexel, Matt Fontaine, and Mike Ferguson ran the race of their lives to win the 21st running of the North County Knight's Invite.  The Cougars packed their top five runners between 10th and 24th in the race to win over second place Severna Park by 18 points and 18 other schools.

The Cougars joined an elite group of past champions that included only two Anne Arundel County Public Schools prior to their victory.  Severna Park has one previous win and Broadneck has two.
