FamilyID will open for registration on June 15. All Athletes planning to tryout for Chesapeake Athletics must sign up on FamilyID and upload a physical by August 10.  Fill out ALL information and electronically sign ALL forms. Family ID will be closed at 12pm on August 10 and you will not be able to tryout unless you have all FamilyID information and a physical uploaded by this date.
