Biography:
Coach Lisa joined the coaching staff as a JV Coach in 2005, and became the Varsity Coach in 2006. She is the founder, president and cheer director of Panthers Athletic Club, our local youth football, cheerleading, wrestling & lacrosse organization. She has coached many different age brackets for 27 years.
She is a Chesapeake High School alumni, an office manager at Elliott Telecom Supply, a district manager at Arbonne, a mother to 5 children, and has nine grandchildren.
She is a 5 time award winner of American Cheerleader Magazines "Who's Who" of High School Cheer Coaches and has helped lead the program to 21 County, 18 Region and 17 State Titles. She is the Anne Arundel County and District 5 Cheerleading Rep, Chesapeake rep for the AA County Coaches Association and holds a seat on the Maryland State Cheerleading Board. She was the first recipient of the Chesapeake High School Coach of the Year award in 2013, and was also awarded it in 2015, 2022 and 2023.

Assistant Coach
Biography:
Coach Joe is entering into his 16th year as an Assistant Varsity Coach at Chesapeake High School.
He is a North County High School Alumni.
He was formerly a cheer and tumbling coach at the MD Twisters All Star Gym. Joe has the opportunity to travel out of the country each year to offer clinics and choreography to cheerleaders abroad. He is now self - employed and does choreography, camps, clinics and conferences in the US and many different countries.
He was also a recipient of "Cheer Biz News Top 35 Under 35" in All star cheerleading in August 2013.
His most recent accomplishment is managing his own cheer gym in Odenton.

Biography:
Nicki joined our staff in Fall 2018. She is a Chesapeake Alumni, who is a mother of 3, and an executive vice president for Arbonne. Nicki cheered and coached at MD Twisters and coaches at Panthers Athletic Club as well.
Mindy Shore.

Biography:
Mindy has come back home to coach at her alma mater. She is a former 4 year Chesapeake Cheerleader, also cheered her entire life for Panthers Athletic Club, cheered 1 year at Elmira University; has coached at several high schools, is currently a teacher in Anne Arundel County and a mom to one son.
