Chesapeake won 3-2 on a 2-run home run by Olivia Ravadge in the top of the seventh inning against a very good Glen Burnie team. Glen Burnie's pitcher Alexa Moos held the Chesapeake offense to six hits and Chesapeake's Megan Hyson held Glen Burnie to 2 hits with 14 strikeouts. Chesapeake took a 1-0 lead in the 3rd inning as Chesapeake's Olivia Ravadge hit a single to the outfield that was misplayed and she ended up at third base. Emily Kirby hit a sac fly to score Ravadge. It stayed 1-0 until the bottom of the sixth inning when Glen Burnie with one out reached base on an 2-base infield error by Chesapeake. The next batter reached base via another infield error allowing Glen Burnie's Smith to score the tying run and the runner advanced to second base. After a walk to Kaitlyn Kirby, Melonie Slowinski hit an RBI single to left field to score Woods with the go ahead run. After six innings Glen Burnie lead 2-1. Chesapeake put a runner on with one out in the top of the seventh via an infield error and then Olivia Ravadge hit a 2-run home run to give Chesapeake a 3-2 lead. In the bottom of the seventh, Glen Burnie had a runner on via a single by Alexa Moos with two out but the game ended on a pop fly that shortstop Emily Kirby tracked down.
