Cougars JV WON their 4th straight today in a blowout fashion !!!  Chase Delost got his first high school WIN pitching a shutout through 4 innings, striking out 5 and only walking 1.  He was only pulled since the game was in hand and the Cougars rolled on from there. Chase also helped his own cause with 3 timely BB's and a RS.  Andrew Spinnenweber came in and SLAMMED the door for the last 3 innings for the save.  Spin was also 2 for 3 w/ 2 RBI's and 2 SB's.

John Drexel, Austin Karls, Nic Fisher and Christian Hamel led the way early.  John and Nic each had 2 hits and combined for 3 RBI's.  Christian had a 2 out, 2 RBI single that put us a ahead to stay !! Karls stayed hot, 1 for 2 w/ 1 RBI and 1 BB.  Nick Holland was also 2 for 3 w/ 2 BB's and 1 RBI.   Neil Dudley also had 3 BB's and 2 RS.  Chris Ruszin was 1 for 1 w/ 2 BB's.  Clayville 1 for 2 w/ 1 BB's and 2 SB's (WOW !!)

First Timers !!  -  Austin Weiss was 2 for 2, w/ 1 RBI and 1 RS in his first plate appearance this year and also made a heads up defensive play in the outfield, throwing a runner out at second base on a single for a force out !!  Logan Addington was 1 for 1 with 2 RBI's in his first plate appearance !!  Jordan Prosper was 1 for 2 w/ a RBI and a SB.  Isaac Gonzalez had 2 BB's in 2 AB's.
