Chesapeake's boys basketball team turned back Pasadena rival Northeast, 56-55, in overtime last night.

Adam Richie, who scored 13 points, hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to send the game into overtime, and Nick Swigert came up with a key steal to seal the Cougars' victory.

Aaron Terry had a team-high 16 points.

Robert Engel led all scorers with 21 points for Northeast.
