Chesapeake JV field hockey defeated South River in their county championship showcase game in overtime. Lucy Culp provided the cougars with a goal in regulation play on a penalty stroke. Shyanne Dickey scored the goal that secured the win in overtime from an assist provided by Emersen Miller. Rylee McAteer had 3 saves in goas for Chesapeake tonight.
