Chesapeake field hockey's Eve Vickery had 31 saves in the Cougars' 5-0 loss to DE state champ Delmar yesterday. Vickery's save total is a new school record for saves in a game, breaking the previous record of 26 set in 1981 by current Chesapeake head coach Joan Johnson.
